Determine the most common indications for otoplasty and differentiate between surgical candidates and candidates for conservative management.
Implement evidence-based surgical techniques to correct prominent ears, asymmetry, and other auricular deformities while minimizing complications.
Assess postoperative results, recognizing early and late complications to ensure optimal healing and aesthetic outcomes.
Collaborate with all members of the interprofessional team, providing exemplary care for patients with auricular deformities undergoing otoplasty to optimize surgical outcomes and minimize complications.
